- If you decide to buy rechargeable batteries then buying two sets is a good idea; that way you can use one set and charge the other ones. This will mean that you will save money in the long run and you will always have a spare set of batteries.
- You will want to avoid zooming in and out all the time as this also tends to use quite a bit of battery power.
- Only use your LCD screen when you absolutely have to as this is probably the thing which uses up most of your battery power.
So if you follow some of the tips above then you can prolong the life of the batteries in your digital camera.
